Business Analyst with Brokerage and Operations (CONTRACT) REMOTE

We are seeking a Business Analyst with Brokerage and Operations experience to join a stellar team on contract basis. You will elicit and document requirements and requests by way of meetings, onsite visits, and workshops, using industry standard analysis techniques. You will author, present and finalize artefacts such as file and database layouts, illustrations with sample data, screens and diagrams, use cases, business and system flows, leveraging existing product and system documentation, when possible, in order to complete a documented solution consensus, within scope and project timeline, with both external and internal project teams. Additional responsibilities include planning, resourcing, and collaborating with all internal and external functional groups of the conversion lifecycle including sales, customer support, project managers, business analysts, engineers, developers, production support, and other project stakeholders.Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site.
