Job Description SummaryAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Software Delivery Manager / Technical Lead to join our global Services team for WAMS and be our main expert in North America.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong IT capability with customer-facing confidence. Please note that this role is not a Project Manager or Engineering Manager position. Those responsibilities sit elsewhere in the organisation.Instead, this is a technical delivery role focused on leading the deployment of enterprise software in customer environments. You will coordinate delivery activity, collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers, and take ownership of technical issues that arise during implementation.The role combines coordination with hands-on technical work.
