This role will also provide strategic commercial leadership to the ITO teams to enable growth of controls product lines across the pole/region, influence commercial strategy and deal governance to establish a robust risk & rewards balance. This individual will be accountable for shaping & leading the overall deal strategy, orchestrating cross-functional & virtual deal teams in a matrix organization, and ensuring alignment on the commercial strategy for Core & Complex opportunities. The Senior Risk & Commercial Manager will lead the management of the risk pillars (Technical, Execution & Commercial) and drive high-quality decision-making at all stages of the deal lifecycle.
