Reporting to the Chief Digital & Innovation Officer and partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, this executive will lead the digital transformation of our entire commercial operating model - from Lead-to-Cash through customer success, renewals, partner ecosystem and digital channels, working closely with other leaders in DIO.This role is not about implementing technology; it is about delivering measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will simplify how we operate, accelerate revenue growth, improve seller productivity, strengthen customer and partner experiences, reduce friction across the customer lifecycle, and help build an AI-first revenue organization.
