You'll work closely with teams across Talent Acquisition and Employer branding, gaining hands-on experience in how data, digital marketing and operational processes support hiring at scale.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <ul> <li>Support the day-to-day monitoring of paid recruitment marketing campaigns and flag anything that needs attention</li> <li>Keep job listings live, accurate and correctly categorised across active boards</li> <li>Support weekly performance reporting across impressions, clicks, applications, cost per application and candidate pipeline contribution, and flag unusual performance or budget pacing.</li> <li>Coordinate creative feedback between the TA team, Employer Brand and external agencies</li> <li>Research markets, audiences and competitors to help sharpen the marketing approach</li> <li>Help improve recurring workflows and identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and support recurring operational tasks across the team</li> </ul> <h2>You'll be great for this role if…</h2> <ul> <li>Currently studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communicati
