Description We are seeking a dynamic Travel Construction Manager (Civil Engineer) to support the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV). In this role, you will support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) by providing construction oversight for projects in coordination with Project Engineers, Contracting Officer Representatives, and Contracting Officers.You will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, reporting progress and issues, and ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and objectives. Projects support Air Traffic Control facilities across the eastern third of the United States and the Caribbean.Must be located in the eastern part of US.This position requires 100% travel (including weekends), with assignments typically lasting several weeks to months. Travel expenses are reimbursed in accordance with company and federal guidelines.The Travel Construction Manager will provide on-site construction monitoring, coordination, and quality assurance services to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.Scope of ServicesLead and manage large-scale construction projects and field operations, serving as the primary point of contact for contractors, engineers, and stakeholdersEnsure contractor compliance with client safety policies, regulatory standards, and contract requirements through active field oversight and construction quality assuranceMonitor construction progress, identify risks, track deviations, and resolve complex technical and construction challenges across multiple disciplinesReview RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and work plans while supporting engineering coordination, constructability reviews, and field-driven design adjustmentsSupport inspections, commissioning, and project closeout, including tracking and resolving punch list itemsMaintain accurate reports, as-built documentation,
