We’re looking for a Bid Manager to own that process across the UK and Ireland, from deciding which opportunities to chase to pressing submit.You’ll work with Commercial, Medical Operations, Clinical Safety, Product, Security and Finance, and turn what we know into answers an evaluator can score. Your job is to help us win more of the right bids, and to build the process and content library that makes every bid after that faster.What You Will DoOwn bids end to end: qualification, bid/no-bid decisions, planning, kick-off, drafting, review, compliance checks, submission and clarification questions.Bid across the whole market: NHS trusts, ICBs and primary care, national frameworks, local authority social care, central government and devolved nations’ programmes, and private and independent sector providers.Write and edit responses on clinical value, implementation, clinical safety, information governance, security, social value and pricing.Work with subject matter experts (clinicians, clinical safety officers, engineers, security and finance) to get the right input on time, and turn complex technical and regulatory detail into clear, compliant answers.Develop win themes and executive summaries that connect our evidence to w
