This role leads the planning, promotion, execution, and measurement of events while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business results.This position is based in Neenah, WI and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Travel up to 20% nationwide is required for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other marketing activities.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute event marketing strategies that support business objectives and lead generation goals.Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and event promotion campaigns.Create event marketing plans, audience targeting strategies, promotional communications, and attendee engagement initiatives.Collaborate with Sales, Brand, PR, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.Manage event budgets, schedules, vendors, and logistics.Analyze event performance, attendee engagement, lead generation, and ROI to optimize future programs.Maintain event and promotional information within CRM and related systems.Serve as a company representative at events and customer-facing activities.QualificationsExperience:3+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, trade show marketing, corporate events, or a related marketing discipline.Experience planning and executing multiple concurrent events and promotional campaigns.Experience with CRM platforms, digital analytics, and content management systems preferre
