In this role, you will design, build, and enhance scalable web applications that support critical business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, solve complex technical challenges, contribute to architecture decisions, and help drive engineering best practices across the team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who writes clean, efficient code, thrives in an agile environment, and enjoys mentoring others.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and support scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.Partner with product, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality features that meet user and business needs.Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions that improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, database queries, and stored procedures to support reliable application performance.Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Review code, promote development standards, and help maintain high quality through testing and CI/CD practices.Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions.Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability.Continuously evaluate tools, frameworks, and processes to improve t
