Job Requisition ID #26WD99757Position OverviewAs a Senior Program Manager in Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs at Autodesk, you will lead small-to-medium GTM programs end-to-end, or significant workstreams within larger transformation and growth programs.You will translate program objectives into integrated plans, operating rhythms, and clear execution paths that help teams deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to clarify scope, manage dependencies, surface tradeoffs, and facilitate timely decisions. You will bring structure to ambiguous work, maintain momentum across teams, and ensure risks, decisions, and next steps are visible and actionable.You bring strong program management discipline, sound judgment, and collaborative influence to your work. You are comfortable operating with limited direction on how to execute, while aligning plans and recommendations to GTM priorities and stakeholder objectives.This position is hybrid/remote and reports to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO.Responsibilities Lead small-to-medium GTM transformation and growth programs, or defined workstreams within larger programs, from planning through execution, launch readiness, and stabilizationDevelop and own integrated program plans with clear milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and measurable outcomes aligned to GTM prioritiesDesign and manage program governance, operating cadence, and stakeholder forums that create visibility, accountability, and forward momentum within the program scopePartner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data stakeholders to align plans, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers within scopeFacilitate cross-functional alignment by understanding stakeholder goals, constraints, and incentives, and by connecting the right people to move work forwardFrame decisions clearly with options, tradeoffs, implications, and recommended next steps
