In this role, you will lead an experienced team of Warranty Engineers responsible for end-to-end resolution of customer warranty claims associated with New Unit equipment contracts across the region. Partnering closely with the Global HDNU Warranty Leader, you will drive regional adoption of the Global Warranty Governance Framework and support timely punch list item closure.
