This role will turn raw customer data into actionable insights that drive retention, growth, and operational improvements across CCC's client base. The ideal candidate combines deep technical skills with strong business acumen and a passion for customer-centric storytelling through data.This role is critical to building a scalable Client Analytics function that helps CCC's Client Success organization move from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led client partnership. The analyst will help identify client trends, adoption opportunities, reporting gaps, and business risks, then translate those findings into clear recommendations that support retention, growth, and stronger client outcomes.Salary range is:$$84,724 - $120,000.00This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.Key Responsibilities:Insight development to improve customer performance and Connect analytics outputs to measurable outcomes such as product adoption, expansion opportunity, operational efficiency, and client satisfactionDesign, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports tracking customer health metrics, adoption, churn risk, and engagementOwn core dashboard
