As Operational Excellence Lead, you will lead the OpEx team at our food production site and drive the continuous improvement of our production and business processes. With a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability, you’ll apply Lean and WCM methodologies to deliver measurable improvements — both strategically and operationally.</p> <h3><strong>You will…</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Drive impactful Operational Excellence initiatives</strong> across the site, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost</li> <li><strong>Lead cross-functional improvement projects from idea to implementation</strong>, using Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving to deliver sustainable results</li> <li><strong>Partner with teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain</strong> to challenge existing processes, develop solutions, and turn improvement opportunities into action</li> <li><strong>Use data and operational insights to identify root causes, track performance, and make improvement opportunities visible</strong>, supporting fact-based decision-making</li> <li><strong>Act as a trusted Operational Excellence expert and sparring partner</strong> for operational teams and senior stakeholders, bringing new ideas and best practices to the organisation</li> <li><strong>Build and scale a culture of continuous improvement</strong> by facilitating workshops, sharing knowledge, and enabling teams to solve problems effectively and sustainably</li> <li><strong>Own and shape your improvement agenda</strong>, balancing strategic projects with emerging opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment</li> &lt
