Engineering Manager, Product Discovery & My Account Experience

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Discovery & My Account team owns the product selection journey in e-commerce stores built with FastStore, VTEX’s storefront platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Product Services, and other engineering teams, surface risks and dependencies, and help make decisions with customers and partners. You’ll contribute to architecture reviews and technical proposals, encourage the use of AI in day-to-day engineering, and help evolve engineering practices across the company.

What you’ll deliver in the first 6–12 months
The product is going through a transition phase.
