We offer home, auto and accident and health insurance, as well as other specialty niche insurance products, through a large network of independent insurance agents, as well as directly to consumers.Job DescriptionAs a Property Desk Adjuster, you will investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish. You will confirm the facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements within your assigned authority. In this role, you will manage the entire claim lifecycle, including supplements, Additional Living Expense (ALE) claims, contents, and personal property losses. You will work closely with customers, contractors, and other partners to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently.A key part of this position is delivering excellent customer service through clear, timely communication, keeping customers informed and supported throughout the claims process.We are seeking an experienced Property Adjuster located in either the Central or Eastern time zone. With proficiency in Xactimate and a strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements, ALE, contents and full claim ownership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, excellent customer service, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling claims in both field and desk settings is strongly preferred. Holds an active adjuster license or possess a license that qualifies for reciprocity in the applicable states is strongly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesApplies increased experience in the Adjuster II level or a rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Litigation, Large Loss, Water Mitigation, Desk Review)For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partners with assigned reps from those areas to
