Director, Property Claims Analytics

Description The Property Claims analytics team is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to lead our Loss Insights team within US Retail Markets. The Loss Insights team operates within the US Retail Markets Property Claims organization, playing a central role in the most consequential decisions across the claims lifecycle. The team quantifies the financial impact of changes including the adoption of new tools, vendors, and process innovations that affect how billions of dollars in property claims are handled. This is a team of rigorous, intellectually driven analysts who value asking the right question as much as finding the right answer. As manager, you'll lead a group energized by complex problems and meaningful work, whose analysis directly shapes claims strategy at one of the world's largest insurers.This role may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location Candidates who live within 50 miles of Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; Seattle, WA; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX will follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days per week. Otherwise, this role is remote.About the Role:Lead the Loss Insights team of analysts who design and execute high-complexity analyses driving tangible improvements to claims handling processes and financial outcomes.
