Working Student IT Helpdesk (m/f/d)

<p><strong>Mission Brief </strong></p> <p>We move fast, build rockets, and need IT that works. This is an on-site role at our new HQ in Parsdorf. As Working Student IT Helpdesk, you will be the hands-on all-rounder who helps keep our office and shop floor running: laptops, accounts, accessories, printers, meeting rooms, shop floor devices, and whatever blocks people from getting work done.</p> <p>This is not a ticket-forwarding role. You go where the problem is, fix what you can, and make sure our teams have the tools they need to execute.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your Role in Our Space Mission: </p> <ul> <li>Set up laptops, accounts, phones, peripherals, and standard workplace equipment.</li> <li>Support users directly in the office and on the shop floor - fast, practical, hands-on.</li> <li>Troubleshoot common IT issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, meeting rooms, networks, and shop floor devices.</li> <li>Prepare, hand out, collect, and maintain IT equipment.</li> <li>Document simple fixes, recurring issues, and hardware inventory cleanly.</li> <li>Help the IT team improve basic processes instead of repeating the same manual work forever.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualification Checklist </strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled as a student in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Hands-on IT experience and the willingness to fix things, instead of just talking about them.</li> <li>Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware setup, networks, and common workplace IT issues.</li> <li>Comfortable walking across office, production, and test areas to solve problems where they happen.</li> <li>Structured, reliable, service-minded, p
