VP, Marketplace ICHRA General Manager - Lucie

We're hiring a VP, Marketplace ICHRA General Manager to join our Lucie team. About the role: The VP, Marketplace ICHRA General Manager is a critical executive leader responsible for running and growing the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) business for Lucie Health Marketplace. Reporting directly to the President of Lucie, this role maintains full strategic and operational ownership over Lucie’s end-to-end ICHRA business line. This role requires a proven executive with deep expertise in ICHRA, health insurance technology, and scaling high-performing commercial and business operations teams. It offers a unique opportunity to lead a growth-focused business unit backed by proven proprietary platform technology. The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to build, scale, and lead a market-defining business line positioned at the critical intersection of individual health marketplaces and employer-sponsored benefits.
