About The Role Headway's Care Partnerships team is building the behavioral health referral infrastructure for every health system in the US. Our BD team identifies, qualifies, and launches new health system partnerships — and we're scaling fast. As a BD Lead, Care Partnerships, you'll own the full BD motion for mid-market health system opportunities in your territory — from prospecting and cold outreach through qualification, pitching, and launch. You'll be the face of Headway to care management and clinical operations leaders, building relationships that turn into lasting referral partnerships. You'll also support our Associate Principals on larger enterprise deals and help mentor our growing BDR team.
