About the Role McKesson is seeking an experienced Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise identity security solutions in a complex, highly regulated environment. This role is responsible for implementing and enhancing identity governance capabilities that improve security, strengthen compliance, and automate access management processes.As a senior technical contributor, you will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, HR, compliance, audit, and business teams to deliver scalable identity solutions that enforce governance controls, and streamline identity lifecycle management across cloud and on-premises environments.What You'll DoDesign and implement enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions supporting workforce, contractor, and third-party identities.Design and develop identity lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, leaver, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.Develop governance frameworks for role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and policy enforcement.Build, configure, test, and deploy SailPoint ISC integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and custom connector frameworks.Perform hands-on engineering of application onboarding solutions,
