<h1>About the Role</h1> <p>We are looking for a Product Builder to join the Engage squad, responsible for the Data and Human Support products within the  <a href="https://www.vtex.com/pt-br/products/cx_platform/">VTEX CX Platform</a>. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and design, and is passionate about building digital products that deliver measurable business and customer impact.</p> <p>You will lead the development of high-impact digital products with multidisciplinary teams, taking full ownership of operations, performance, and costs under a “you build it, you run it” mindset. We need someone who can connect vision to execution, make informed trade-offs, and drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>You will leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate prototyping, documentation, API development, and task automation, while maintaining strong fluency with engineering and design teams to ensure agile, high-quality delivery.
