The Opportunity Join a high-visibility mortgage transformation building the target-state lending experience from the ground up. Blend will power the member-facing mortgage application, while Empower will support loan origination through closing. As a Senior Software Engineer embedded within a Scrum team, you will provide hands-on expertise in one of these platforms, including configuration, customization, integrations, data movement, end-to-end testing, and production support.We are looking for a collaborative software engineer who puts members and the mission first, approaches complex problems with honesty and integrity, and builds trusted solutions that make the mortgage process simpler and more reliable.
