The Data Office has been recognized as an essential strategic partner, playing a pivotal role in the success of our growth and profitability initiatives across USRM's Personal and Business Lines organizations.The USRM Data Office is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and technically skilled product management professional to join us as Product Owner for the Personal Lines Product, Pricing, and Underwriting data domain. In this role, you'll lead the charge on data transformation efforts, helping accelerate how we bring products to market. You'll partner closely with our Technology teams, squads, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive impact across multiple teams - both within the Data Office and the broader USRM organization - as we continue modernizing our analytics and reporting capabilities. Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision: Collaborates with stakeholders to shape product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and communicates it clearly across squads/teams assigned. Own the product backlog: Owns, prioritizes, and maintains the product backlog, ensuring clear, actionable user stories that drive squad execution. Drive planning and delivery: Leads quarterly and sprint planning, sets stakeholder expectations for delivery, and communicates the value delivered each iteration. Support the squad/team: Works daily with the agile team to clarify requirements, remove roadblocks, resolve issues quickly, and keep everyone aligned on strategy. Manage product health and performance: Tracks product KPIs, monitors product health and long-term viability, and evaluates feasibility, cost, and trade-offs of potential changes.
