The role combines customer discovery, solution design, technical strategy, whiteboarding, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership to align Equinix capabilities to customer business and technology outcomes.This role requires the ability to engage confidently with customer stakeholders on network architecture, application architecture and physical infrastructure design, and to identify how those environments can be improved for better performance, resilience, scalability and security.ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery, qualification and solutioning for strategic opportunitiesOwn the technical relationship with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycleUnderstand customer business priorities, technical requirements, current-state architecture and target-state goals, then map them to Equinix solutionsHold architecture-level discussions on network design, interconnection strategy and application environments, identifying opportunities for improvement and modernizationDesign end-to-end solutions spanning data center, interconnection, cloud and hybrid infrastructure environmentsLead customer meetings, technical workshops, whiteboarding sessions and executive-lev
