Tasks Own features end to end, by yourself – from the problem through architecture, implementation, release and the fixes that follow, frontend, backend and everything in between; nobody hands you a finished spec and nobody finishes your work for you Make the technical decisions, from choosing a library to architecting a new feature, and defend the decision when it is questioned Integrate AI into the product, working with our AI services to build dependable systems around probabilistic output Build real-time features with WebSocket-based live capabilities where latency is visible to the user Ship on desktop and mobile, working on our Electron app (main and renderer architecture, native OS integration, auto-update, offline-first behaviour) and React Native app Iterate fast with continuous deployment and short cycles, ensuring design controls and traceable test evidence on the surfa
