We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.Core ResponsibilitiesPeople Leadership, Coaching & Talent DevelopmentLead Senior Specialists: Attract, hire, develop, and retain a team of senior/principal (P50/P60) Solution Sales Executives covering Strategic Accounts.Deal Coaching & Mentorship: Actively coach sellers on enterprise deal strategy, multi-threading with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, VP of IT Ops/Service Delivery), and navigating complex procurement and security hurdles.Methodology Rigor: Champion sales execution frameworks (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Value-Led Selling) and instill disciplined qualification criteria throughout the sales cycle.Team Health & Culture: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-ownership culture aligned with Atlassian values and high-performance standards.At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
