This role may handle non-represented claims and requires evaluating coverage, determining liability, and negotiating settlements. The adjuster works directly with claimants, insureds, and other involved parties to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim resolution.To support business and operational needs, candidates selected for this role must reside in one of the following states at the time of hire: MD, OH, KS, WV, VA, IN, MN, NE, IL, WI, IA, ND, SD, MI, OK, KY, MOKey Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle.Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare clear, concise claim summaries.Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses.Evaluate auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established guidelines and best practices.Maintain detailed and well-documented claim files, including notes, summaries, and decision rationale.Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient and customer-centric claim handling.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to det
