The Role:The Client Value Partner (CVP) is a senior, strategic leader within Celonis’ Value Engineering organization and a critical driver of our growth strategy. As a CVP, you will lead enterprise-scale, data-driven transformation programs with our most strategic customers, acting as their primary executive advisor and the accountable owner of long-term value realization. You will spearhead the Value Engineering function across your accounts while orchestrating cross-functional teams - including Product, Engineering, Services, Sales, and Solution Specialists - to translate Celonis’ platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes. This role requires a unique blend of executive presence, vision, strategy and builder mentality: you must be able to shape multi-year transformation strategies while also diving into processes, validating insights and business cases, and removing execution barriers. You will champion innovation, elevate customer maturity, and guide customers to become Lighthouse references. Ideal candidates bring a proven track record of influencing C-level leaders, steering complex transformation programs, and driving profitable growth with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach The work you’ll do: Strategic Value Leader & Enterprise Transformation Advisor  Serve as the senior advisor and primary owner of the Celonis value agenda across a sm
