As a Claims Arbitration Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving intercompany claim disputes through arbitration and negotiation. You will review claim files, analyze liability and damages, prepare persuasive arbitration submissions, and represent the company's position in arbitration forums to achieve favorable outcomes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate complex claim matters.
