<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a talented and passionate person to join Wildlife's Legal Team as <strong>Counsel.</strong></p> <p>We're looking for someone motivated, detail-oriented, and with solid experience in Corporate Law and Contracts to act as a strategic business partner, in a role with a predominantly international scope, including entities based in the United States, Brazil, Canada and Finland. The position offers autonomy to own processes end-to-end and direct contact with senior leadership on strategic company matters.</p> <p>We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious by nature, comfortable in an autonomous, take-the-initiative environment, loves solving problems, and can juggle multiple demands at once.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide legal opinion in relation to the Corporate Area</li> <li>Provide legal support to all Wildlife entities, in Brazil and abroad</li> <li>Structure and apply corporate governance rules for the group’s entities</li> <li>Draft and coordinate board resolutions and board meeting materials</li> <li>Handle the entities' annual corporate compliance obligations, in Brazil and abroad</li> <li>Coordinate with external law firms across different jurisdictions</li> <li>Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, vendor, licensing, service provider, real estate, insurance agreements, intercompany agreements, financial agreements, etc)</li> <li>Manage the Company’s contract management system and related platforms</li> <li>Manage and support the stock option plan: grants, exercises, repurchases, consulting, etc, and provide legal advice with respect to
