We’re looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong product and decor mindset to join Noro Arts (https://noro-arts.com/en-eu), an established direct-to-consumer home decor brand, on a long-term basis.Noro Arts creates distinctive wooden home decor for customers primarily in the US, with a strong focus on decorative wall art, three-dimensional wall pieces, sculptures and freestanding decorative objects.We’re looking for someone who understands the aesthetic and product style of Noro Arts and has ideally already designed similar physical home decor products.The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for interiors, shapes, materials and aesthetics with the ability to turn creative ideas into commercially successful products. This is not a traditional interior design role focused on designing spaces, but a hands-on opportunity to develop actual home decor products from concept to launch.TasksYour main responsibility will be to develop new decor products by thinking from the perspective of the room and the customer.You’ll identify opportunities for products that feel missing from today’s interiors — pieces that complete a space, elevate a room and have strong commercial potential.Ideas can come from interior trends, market and competitor research, existing bestsellers or your own creative direction.From there, you’ll take concepts through the full development process:Develop new decor concepts with a strong focus on how they work within real interiorsCreate and visualize ideas using AI image-generation toolsTest concepts in realistic room settings and different interior stylesTranslate aesthetic ideas into clear product directionsCollaborate with CAD designers to turn concepts into manufacturable designsWork with suppliers and factories throughout sampling and developmentCoordinate with the content and advertising teams to prepare products for launchManage several product concepts and development projects in parallelRequirementsA background in interior design, su
