This role is responsible for defining and ensuring high-quality measurement practices across Claims. This role serves as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, partnering with business and analytics teams to ensure initiatives are measured accurately, enabling confident, data-driven decision making. Reducing the risk of misinformed decisions is critical to the future success of Allstate. The role is guided by 3 core pillars. Consult: We have short term consulting engagements with teams across claims. These engagements are used to provide feedback and course correct measurement on specific projects. Embed: We have long-term engagements.
