Your contributions will help shape a healthier, more balanced world for you and millions of people globally. </p> <p><strong>Join us in redefining the future of wellbeing!</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a strategic and growth-oriented <strong>Wellbeing Engagement Growth Manager</strong> (Planner) to join our <strong>Revenue </strong>team!</p> <p>Reporting to the Wellbeing Engagement Leader in T0&1, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing engagement strategies that drive employee adoption, subscription growth, and long-term wellbeing engagement across Wellhub’s client portfolio. In this role, you will move beyond campaign execution to become a strategic partner in driving employee engagement and wellbeing adoption. You will shape portfolio-level strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and define the most effective approaches to connect employees with the value of Wellhub. Combining data, behavioral insights, technology, and AI-powered solutions, you will recommend and scale initiatives ranging from co
