You will work alongside our clients full time and engage with the entire vendor ecosystem, including the owner, architects, engineers, contractors, commissioning agents, and facility management personnel.  We’re looking for an individual seeking career advancement, growth opportunities, and a willingness to take charge of an Owners digital delivery and BIM program.   Responsibilities:  Your primary responsibilities as a contractor for the technology owner will be as follows:  BIM Management and Implementation: Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Ensure compliance with Owner requirements and standards or other relevant industry standards such as ISO 19650. Lead the setup and maintenance of Common Data Environments (CDEs) for project collaboration. Oversee clash detection, coordination, and model validation processes. Manage the creation, review, and approval of digital models and associated data. Digital Delivery Leadership:Drive the adoption of digital delivery methods and technologies across projects. Coordinate the integration of BIM with other digital tools, including GIS, IoT, and construction management software. Promote the use of digital twins, 4D/5D modeling, and other advanced visualization tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital delivery strategies with project objectives. Team Coordination and Training: Provide leadership and support to project teams on BIM and digital delivery practices. Facilitate training sessions to upskill project teams in BIM tools and processes (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo). Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related queries and issues. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous impr
