Product Compliance provides advice and support for the Product, Engineering and other business lines of the UKG organization, which includes support in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), AI-enablement, Managed Services including Payroll & Tax Services, Data Governance, M&A and beyond.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal to support the Product Compliance function and other functions within UKG's Legal Department. The ideal candidate should have paralegal or similar legal operations experience, preferably supporting regulatory, compliance, or product-facing legal work in a technology, SaaS, payroll, fintech, benefits, insurance, or other regulated business environment. This person should be comfortable working independently, managing details, collaborating across teams, and using AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.This role will support compliance work related to UKG's regulated services, including payroll services, benefits brokerage, and insurance agency operations.
