Deine Aufgaben Manage end-to-end full-charge bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end closes. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor payments, client invoicing, and collections. Perform monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts, credit cards, and inventory balances. Coordinate local payroll administration, employee expense reimbursements, and state tax filings. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for corporate reporting and external tax CPA review. Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP standards, Florida sales tax regulations, and internal financial controls. Track inventory movements, import/export documentation fees, and equipment logistics costs. Experience: 3–5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably within technology, hardware distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
