In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of process improvement and transformation initiatives across xScale Finance. You will translate ambiguous business problems into clear, prioritized, well-managed initiatives and apply a practical, hands-on approach to using technology and process re-engineering to reduce manual effort. This delivery-focused role offers meaningful exposure to senior Finance leaders.ResponsibilitiesLead finance process transformationAssess current-state processes across Finance (Accounts Payable, Billing & Collections, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Controllership), identify pain points and root causes, and design practical future-state processesLead discovery with Finance and business leaders, translating ambiguous requests into clear business requirements, success measures, and delivery plansApply structured improvement methods (process mapping, root-cause analysis) to reduce cycle time, manual effort, errors, and control gapsEnsure future-state processes and solutions maintain appropriate financial controls, governance, and documentationDrive automation and AI enablementIdentify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, and help to develop the business casePartner with Fina
