You will lead the development of intuitive, engaging, and trusted app and web experiences that support customers throughout their women’s health journey. Working closely with technology, design, content, medical, and commercial teams, you will use customer insights and data to define the product roadmap, prioritise improvements, and deliver digital experiences that increase engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value. What you will do Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end digital customer experience across the Health Companion App, website, webshop, and connected digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging consumer journey.   Define and execute the product roadmap for the Companion App and digital ecosystem, prioritizing new features, UX improvements, personalization, educational content, community experiences, and commerce capabilities that increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
