The team helps modernize collaboration via Zoom's FedRAMP-authorized platform.ResponsibilitiesProviding product presentations and demonstrations, creating deployment designs and plans, implementing proofs of concept, and preparing responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.Maintaining advanced proficiency across video, phone, customer experience, artificial intelligence, APIs/SDKs, networking, PBX, desktop, and mobile technologies consistently.Serving as the trusted technical advisor, acting as the lead advocate for Federal clients during every stage of the sales cycle.Supporting Account Executives by proposing and designing solutions that address significant collaboration challenges faced by customers.Translating technical needs into product development suggestions while driving customer feature requests internally within Zoom.What We're Looking For7+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in pre-sales, with a strong command of product-related areas and the ability to clearly represent technical solutions, including Unified Communications, video, web conferencing, and voice.Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) is an advantage.7+ years of experience supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD en
