The analyst will serve as administrator of certain systems and become an internal SME and serve as the internal consultant for others who seek to leverage HR technologies to drive service delivery effectiveness while delivering an engaging employee experience.As a HR Technology Analyst I, you will: Participate in technology projects to include project planning, business case development, stakeholder engagement, status updates, requirements gathering, test planning, test execution, deployment and post-deployment support As part of the HR technology team, work with and administer a wide variety of system functionality which may include payroll, time entry, learning management system, employee surveying, performance evaluation and succession planning Provide guidance and training on technical processes, systems, and tools for different audiences Support the evaluation and selection process of new HR technology functionality and vendors Manage and maintain vendor relationships to maximize return on investment; provide recommendations to the HR Technology tea
