For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $128,700 - $168,025 Zone B: $115,830 - $151,223 Zone C: $106,821 - $139,461Your backgroundExpertise in designing, managing, and launching new compensation plansExperience in change management and influencing complex decisionsApproach complex problems with a balance of data and insightsSuccessful senior stakeholder engagement and partnership, especially salesData and visualization skills (excel/tableau/sql/anaplan) and storytellingMinimum 3-6
