The Senior Executive Director to the Chief Customer Officer serves as a strategic business partner and key support function, managing complex projects, communications, and operational initiatives across the customer organization. This role acts as an extension of the CCO, attending executive meetings, synthesizing critical information, and driving follow-up actions to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities. The Senior Executive Program Director will be responsible for developing executive-level communications, analyzing business performance data, and managing cross-functional relationships while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
