The Facilities Specialist helps keep our workplace safe, functional, and running smoothly by performing maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs, and supporting facility operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, building maintenance, and working with internal teams and service vendors. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM What You Will Do Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenanceConduct routine facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance issuesCoordinate preventative maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractorsRespond to employee service requests and resolve facility-related issuesSupport office moves, furniture setup, and workspace reconfigurationsMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipmentAssist with emergency preparedness activities, including building safety proceduresMaintain records of maintenance work, service requests, and vendor activitiesEnsure facility operations comply with safety standards and company policiesPartner with internal teams to support operational needs and workplace projects Basic Requirements Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
