Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.About the roleWe're looking for a Visiting Founders Associate to join our engineering team in Berlin. You'll be the operational backbone of the team, running the processes, projects, and internal work that keep everything moving, so our engineers can stay focused on building.The main piece of the role is our compliance work, which you'll coordinate and execute end to end. Around that sits everything else a fast-growing engineering team needs: internal IT, new tooling, team rituals, onboarding, and being the person the rest of the company comes to when they need something technical explained or unblocked. You'll get wide view of how a startup actually runs.What you’ll doCoordinate and execute our compliance work end to end.
