Job Description SummaryThe Field Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing field service operations for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) equipment and systems. Based in Singapore, this role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of field service activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.Working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Tendering, Sales, and customers, the Field Service Manager drives operational excellence, optimizes resource utilization, develops field service teams, and ensures the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage field service operations, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution of site activities.Plan and optimize field resources, including Field Service Engineers (FSEs), tools, equipment, and manpower.Monitor mob/de-mob of resources according to project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure successful project delivery.Provide technical and operational support to field teams and resolve site issues promptly.Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental, health, safety, and quality (EHSQ) standards.Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Tendering, Sales teams, Immigration specialist to support project execution.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by managing communications and resolving service-related issues.Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.Ensure timely and accurate completion of site documentation, reports, and timesheets.Coach and develop field personnel through performance management and continuous learning.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.Identify additional service opportunities and support the management of vari
