We've just brought ocean freight onto the platform alongside air, in one workspace powered by the same AI, and we need people who can make that ocean data rock solid from day one.As our Content Operations QA Analyst (Ocean), you're the sharp eye that keeps this data trustworthy. Freight forwarders send us detailed rate sheets, and increasingly our AI helps process them. You'll compare the processed data with the source documents, correct discrepancies and make sure every figure is right before a customer sees it.You'll build a strong understanding of ocean rates and surcharges so you can spot what doesn't add up. Content is the foundation much of our product rests on.
