We are seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our state-of-the-art 350,000-square-foot distribution center in Clear Lake, Iowa. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility infrastructure and automated distribution equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This position is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys solving complex equipment issues and mentoring others. Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday, 5:30pm - 2:00am. Subject to change based on business needs. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades on facility infrastructure, conveyors, automated material handling equipment, and warehouse automation systems to ensure operational uptime.Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues using technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment documentation.Support and maintain critical facility systems, including motors, drives, compressors, power distribution equipment, printers, strappers, and PLC-controlled technologies.Partn
