This role will serve as a senior strategic leader at the intersection of subscription strategy, pricing, analytics, and product, defining opportunities and influencing decisions across acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and long-term customer value.The Director will be expected to develop an enterprise-level perspective on the subscription business, identify the highest-value opportunities, and establish the analytical and strategic frameworks used to evaluate them. This role will tackle complex, often ambiguous business questions where the path forward is not predefined, using customer, behavioral, financial, and market insights to develop clear points of view and guide investment and product decisions.Working closely with senior leaders across Product, Pricing, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, and Design, this individual will influence strategy and priorities, challenge assumptions, and translate insights into coordinated action.
