FP&A Analyst

<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior FP&A Analyst to join Wildlife's FP&A Team in São Paulo. We’re looking for an FP&A analyst to act as a business partner to key leaders: run financial routines, analyses and reports, guiding how we allocate resources, and finding savings and efficiency opportunities, with ownership and a mindset that goes beyond the obvious. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the FP&A cycle (budgeting, forecasting, 1-Year and 3-Year Plans, results tracking) as Finance Business Partner for Operations and Engineering.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional processes with partner teams: Cloud Economics (IT Infrastructure), Corporate Technology (Licenses) and Payroll (People Costs).</li> <li>Analyze financial and accounting results in depth and turn them into actionable insights for the executive team and investors.</li> <li>Track the execution of company strategy in the financials, the impact of new decisions, risks and opportunities.</li> <li>Own the Working Capital and Income Taxes models, and drive efficiency initiatives;</li> <li>Contribute with AI automation projects (Closing analyses and rolling forecasts). </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field;</li> <li>Experience in finance and/or cost management;</li> <li>Advanced Excel / Google Sheets;</li> <li>Advanced English;</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;</li> <li>Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to automate and improve financial processes&am
