AboutTo strengthen our Revenue organisation, we are looking for a (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (d/f/m) to join us full-time or part-time, as soon as possible. As the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance & Management, you make sure our revenue processes run efficiently, transparently and are driven by data – from the very first lead all the way to renewal. You bring structure to our CRM and tooling landscape, deliver the numbers our teams can rely on, and help us grow even faster and smarter.TasksOwn and continuously improve our revenue operations processes across Sales, Marketing & Finance. Manage, maintain and optimise our CRM system (HubSpot), including automation and integrations with other toolsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, forecast accuracy and revenue performanceOwn CRM data quality standards and establish processes to ensure accurate, complete and reliable data across all revenue systemsPartner closely with Sales, Marketing & Finance leadership to align processes, definitions and goals across the customer lifecycleSupport revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews and vertical/quota planningIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the revenue funnel and drive process improvements together with the relevant teamsEvaluate, implement and manage our RevOps tech stack (CRM, CPQ, sales engagement, marketing automation, BI tools) and ensure a smooth flow of data between systemsSupport leadership in defining and monitoring key revenue metrics (e.g. conversion rates, sales cycle length, churn, NRR) and translate data into actionable insightsOnboard and train colleagues on tools and processes to ensure consistent adoption across teamsRequirementsSeveral years of relevant experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong hands-on experience with Hubspot, including configuration, automation and data managementConfi
